利用規約
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、MOMOCO.Co（明星合資会社）（以下「当店」）が運営するオンラインストア「momoco kimono」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。お客様は本サービスをご利用いただくことで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
第1条（適用）
本規約は、お客様と当店との間における本サービスの利用に関する一切の関係に適用されます。
第2条（アカウント登録）
- お客様は、本サービスにてアカウントを作成することができます。
- 登録情報は正確・最新の情報を入力してください。虚偽の情報による登録は、アカウントを予告なく停止・削除する場合があります。
- アカウントのID・パスワードはお客様自身で管理してください。第三者への譲渡・貸与は禁止します。
- アカウントの不正利用による損害について、当店は責任を負いません。
第3条（商品の購入）
- 本サービスにおける商品の購入は、お客様がご注文を確定し、当店が注文確認メールを送信した時点で契約が成立するものとします。
- 在庫状況によっては、注文確定後であってもご注文をキャンセルさせていただく場合があります。その場合はご連絡のうえ、全額返金いたします。
- 商品の価格・在庫は予告なく変更される場合があります。
第4条（支払い）
- お支払い方法はクレジットカード決済に対応しています。
- お支払いはご注文確定時に処理されます。
- 決済に関するトラブルについては、各カード会社へお問い合わせください。
第5条（キャンセル・返品・交換）
- ご注文確定後のキャンセルは原則お受けできません。
- 商品の破損・誤送など当店の不備による場合は、商品到着後7日以内にinfo@momococo.shopまでご連絡いただければ、返品・交換対応いたします。
- お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けできません。着物・和装品の性質上、色味・風合いの個人差はキャンセル理由としてお受けできない場合があります。
第6条（禁止事項）
お客様は、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 虚偽の情報を登録する行為
- 当店または第三者の知的財産権・著作権を侵害する行為
- 本サービスのシステムに不正にアクセスする行為
- その他、当店が不適切と判断する行為
第7条（サービスの変更・停止）
当店は、お客様への事前通知なく、本サービスの内容を変更、または提供を一時停止・終了する場合があります。これによって生じた損害について、当店は責任を負いません。
第8条（免責事項）
- 当店は、本サービスにより提供する情報の正確性・完全性を保証しません。
- お客様と第三者との間で生じたトラブルについて、当店は一切責任を負いません。
- 天災・通信障害その他不可抗力による損害について、当店は責任を負いません。
第9条（プライバシー）
お客様の個人情報の取り扱いについては、別途定める「プライバシーポリシー」に従います。
第10条（準拠法・管轄裁判所）
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関する紛争については、大分地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
第11条（規約の変更）
当店は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本サービス上に掲載した時点で効力を生じるものとします。

Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the online store "momoco kimono" ("Service") operated by MOMOCO.Co (Meisei Goshi Kaisha) ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Article 1 – Scope
These Terms apply to all relationships between customers and us in connection with the use of the Service.
Article 2 – Account Registration
- Customers may create an account to use the Service.
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Accounts created with false information may be suspended or deleted without notice.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sharing or transferring your account to a third party is prohibited.
- We are not liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Article 3 – Purchases
- A purchase contract is concluded when you place an order and we send an order confirmation email.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order after confirmation if the item is out of stock. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
- Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Article 4 – Payment
- We accept payment by credit card.
- Payment is processed at the time your order is confirmed.
- For payment-related issues, please contact your card issuer directly.
Article 5 – Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
- Cancellations after order confirmation are generally not accepted.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to our error, please contact us at info@momococo.shop within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a return or exchange.
- Returns or exchanges due to customer preference are not accepted. Due to the nature of kimono and traditional Japanese garments, differences in color perception or texture are not accepted as reasons for return.
Article 6 – Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Any act that violates applicable laws or public order and morals
- Providing false information during registration
- Infringing on the intellectual property or copyright of us or any third party
- Unauthorized access to our systems
- Any other conduct we deem inappropriate
Article 7 – Modification or Suspension of Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any damages resulting from such changes.
Article 8 – Disclaimer
- We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of information provided through the Service.
- We are not responsible for any disputes arising between customers and third parties.
- We are not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, communication failures, or other events beyond our control.
Article 9 – Privacy
The handling of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
Article 10 – Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Oita District Court as the court of first instance.
Article 11 – Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will take effect upon posting to the Service.
